The developers, Mabro, began by building their own highly sophisticated music studio on site. From there, Donna has been largely responsible for instructing the demolition, space planning, design development, ceiling designs, finishes selection, exterior and interior lighting design, entry facade, furniture specification and construction implementation. Beginning with the central lobby, which was completed summer 2018, four new corporate tenants have opened their doors. Armaturen is forecast to develop into several additional projects within the site, including newly built office spaces, multi-residential dwellings, a fitness facility, coffee shop and restaurant.
